Yes. In order to get your prescription refilled, please visit us in person for the first time, Take your ID and Insurance. However, we can not refill medications that are prescribed by psychiatrist.
Yes. It is necessary to book an appointment with your primary doctor to get a referral to a desired specialist. If it's not your initial visit to our clinic, you can book a telehealth appointment.
If you have a health concern outside our clinic hours, we recommend contacting urgent care or visiting the nearest emergency room for immediate assistance.

If you are a new patient, we are unable to prescribe medications without a visit. However, if you have previously visited us at least once, we may be able to provide prescriptions without requiring another appointment. Please note that we can only prescribe medications within the scope of our practice, and certain medications, such as psychiatric drugs, require specialized care from appropriate specialists.
