We are looking for a committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare, dedicated and passionate Primary Care Physician to join their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of 18 years of age and older.
Key responsibilities include:

• Offering preventive care, diagnosing, and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Managing a patient load of 18-24 per day
• Accurately and efficiently documenting patient encounters in the EMR system
• Performing routine check-ups and health screenings
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Educating patients and their families on preventive health measures and disease management
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in a primary care setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Licensed to practice medicine in California with DEA registration
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
